Christmas Toy Store - FAQs

  • If your nomination is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email on Tuesday, December 9th, from Kara Scott. This email will include your pick-up time and additional details.

  • The Toy Store is intended for parents or legal guardians of children. Grandparents and extended family members are not eligible to register.

  • Your nomination was submitted through a local partner or community member who identified you as someone who could benefit from the Toy Store.

  • You were nominated for the Toy Store by a local organization or community member. If you have any questions about the nomination, feel free to reach out to us.

  • You will receive one (1) gift card with a predetermined amount to cover the purchase of gifts for the number of children you’ve registered.

  • The Toy Store will begin at 5:00 PM.

  • Yes, you will need to present ID to confirm your identity at check-in.

  • All participants must be registered by December 1st. Each family will receive gift cards for their registered children only.

  • Yes, an alternate pick-up date will be provided after the Toy Store event.
